Advanced de-interlacing techniques
This paper presents an overview of deinterlacing techniques and describes some advanced motion compensated de-interlacing techniques in more detail. These motion compensated methods are analyzed and mutually compared. It is concluded that the success of motion compensated de-interlacing depends critically on a protection mechanism. A good example is presented.
متن کاملFuzzy Logic-Based Algorithms for Video De-Interlacing
No wonder you activities are, reading will be always needed. It is not only to fulfil the duties that you need to finish in deadline time. Reading will encourage your mind and thoughts. Of course, reading will greatly develop your experiences about everything. Reading fuzzy logic based algorithms for video de interlacing is also a way as one of the collective books that gives many advantages. T...
متن کاملFuzzy logic-based embedded system for video de-interlacing
Video de-interlacing algorithms perform a crucial task in video processing. Despite these algorithms are developed using software implementations, their implementations in hardware are required to achieve real-time operation. This paper describes the development of an embedded system for video de-interlacing. The algorithm for video de-interlacing uses three fuzzy logic-based systems to tackle ...
متن کاملAn Improved 3DRS Algorithm for Video De-interlacing
In this paper, an improved 3D recursive searching (3DRS) algorithm for video de-interlacing is proposed. This algorithm solves the error propagation problem which exists in the original 3DRS by using bi-directional block matching. It also improves the precision of motion estimation by using multi-resolution searching to adjust the matching block size according to the video content. Experiments ...
متن کاملInvestigating electrochemical drilling (ECD) using statistical and soft computing techniques
In the present study, five modeling approaches of RA, MLP, MNN, GFF, and CANFIS were applied so as to estimate the radial overcut values in electrochemical drilling process. For these models, four input variables, namely electrolyte concentration, voltage, initial machining gap, and tool feed rate, were selected. The developed models were evaluated in terms of their prediction capability with m...
